Monthly Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Highwood-USA is offering you a monthly chance to win our top-of-the-line Hamilton Folding and Reclining Adirondack chair. Each month we will be giving away 1 chair to a lucky winner in the USA! All you have to do is sign up for a newsletter to be considered for the monthly drawing. This chair was a top rated outdoor product by People Magazine and The Spruce.

 **UPDATE: Monthly contest is not running starting May 2023. We will announce when the next contest begins on-site.**

  1. Participation and dates:
    • Enter by signing up for the Highwood-USA Newsletter.
    • 1 winner will be randomly selected and announced during the first week of the next month.
    • The winner will be contacted directly by a member of the Highwood Team. We will not be publicly announcing the winner.
    • Contest is eligible to Continental US Mainland states only (this does not include AK, HI, PR, Guam, or non-USA regions)
    • Current Highwood USA employees are not eligible for contest entry and drawing. 
  2. Requirements:
    • Requirements are simple; join our newsletter and you will automatically be entered into the drawing each month.
    • If a customer unsubscribes from our newsletter prior to 1st of the next month, they will not be included in the drawing.
    • The winner will be offered a chance to submit photos of their new set to be featured in a future blog post (includes social media handles, if they wish to be tagged).
    • If you are selected as the winner, you will be removed from future drawings for the remainder of the current year.
  3. Winner selection date:
    • 1 winner will be selected and contacted within the first week of the following month.
      • Example: The winner for March will be drawn and contacted in the 1st week of April.
  1. Limitations:
    • If the chosen winner does not respond to any of our communications within 30 calendar days after initial contact, we will void the winner’s right to the prize.
