Purchases made directly from highwood-usa.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt. If the return is due to a manufacturing error, the cost of shipping the product back is covered by Highwood USA. If the product to be returned is not faulty, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
To initiate a return:

- The team will discuss the return with you and help you through the process
- The Customer Care team will issue your return authorization number (RA#)
- Please make sure that the RA# is clearly marked on the return packaging
- Items should be returned in their original packaging.
