If you would like to register your purchase right now, please complete the form below.

MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM

  1. You will be asked to provide a clear photo or scan of the actual receipt to show that you are the original purchaser of the product(s).
  2. You will also be asked to provide a photo of the item, clearly showing the issue
  3. Only brand-new products purchased from authorized retailers are covered by warranty (used products or open-box/discounted purchases are not covered)
  4. Send an email titled “Warranty Claim” to inquiries@highwood-usa.com with the following:
      a. A copy of the receipt showing proof of purchase
      b. The photo(s) clearly showing the issue
      c. A description of the issue
      d. The product name/model #/color
      e. The serial number (usually found on the underside of the product)
