Katelyn B. Great Products and Exceptional Service
Every Highwood product that we have purchased has been of very high quality. We leave them outdoors, uncovered, year round, including in the snow, and they have held up exceptionally. We have had 6 chairs and 2 tables for 3 years now and just bought this latest set this summer. No fading or damage of any kind. The chairs are also very sturdy to sit on, even for people 200+ lbs, and comfortable. The customer service is truly above and beyond. One of the screws wasn’t fitting in during assembly, so I contacted customer service. They got back to me right away and even followed up with me when I was delayed in getting back to them with an answer. They sent the replacement part right away.
